RGI Meal Plan Apartments
Studio with a partial or no kitchen
St. Paul's L'Amoreaux Centre offers 40 studio apartments with a partial or no kitchen. Each unit has a small pantry with bar fridge. Unit sizes are between 236 sq. ft to 319sq. ft.
All tenants are required to enroll in our Meal Plan package, which covers both lunch and dinner provided by our Terrace Restaurant. If you are eligible for rent gear to income subsidy, the total rent will be approximately 30% of your income.

Potential tenants must: be at least 59 years of age

Have legal status in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, landed immigrant, refugee status)

Be able to live independently, fulfill tenancy obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, and pay rent

Furniture and accessories are not included in rental price

Our rental units do not include a parking spot
