Affordable Units
St. Paul’s L’Amoreaux Centre is a 297-unit affordable housing building for seniors. It has 297 studio, bachelor and 1-bedroom apartments. The building is seven stories with 3 elevators, fully accessible entrances and with a beautiful outdoor courtyard, seasonal gardening, and many other amenities.
All apartments are available at affordable market rent rates, or with subsidized rent for those who are eligible. All apartments are designed with grab bars, and non-slip flooring that meet seniors' accessibility needs.
1 Bedroom Apartments
Each unit is approximately 446 sq ft. with a small kitchen. Currently no vacancies.
RGI Meal Plan Apartments
Studio with a partial or no kitchen. Units currently available.
Bachelor Apartments
Each unit is approximately 350 sq ft. Currently no vacancies.

Potential tenants must: be at least 59 years of age

Have legal status in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, landed immigrant, refugee status)

Be able to live independently, fulfill tenancy obligations under the Residential Tenancies Act, and pay rent
