On April 22nd, our community came together to celebrate Earth Day. This year’s theme is Our Power, Our Planet, highlighting the collective strength of communities to protect and restore the environment through sustainable, actionable solutions.

Residents, clients, caregivers, staff, volunteers, and wider community members gathered to revive our Engagement Garden, planting a variety of native plants, herbs, and seeds to support the local ecosystem. Those present also took part in discussions around sustainability.

The event was highly interactive with educational trivia contests, bingo and prizes. Refreshments were generously provided by the Terrace Restaurant. Those present expressed that they were looking forward to celebrating next year’s National Earth Day at St. Paul's!

The day served as a powerful reminder that meaningful change begins with community, and that when we work together, we can cultivate a greener future for all.
